Sub was initially called out to fix a faulty boiler (18 years old). This proved to be exceedingly difficult and even following the manufacturer’s instructions finding the fault proved elusive. New parts were fitted but the fault remained. Sub did not charge for either the parts or his time (two separate visits) because as he said, “I have not fixed the fault.” I know of no other plumbers who would have acted so generously. I decided a new boiler was needed and this was fitted with speed, efficiency and the minimum of disruption.

Fantastic service. Rare in this trade to have someone be punctual, tidy and respectful of their commitments on price. I would happily recommend Subs to friends and family and already booked Suba for future work.

Arrived within an hour of the call, identified where the leak was coming from and promptly fixed. Very pleased with the service and would most definitely use Subs again.

First call was on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency. Arrived promptly and immediately dealt with the problem efficiently and at a very fair price. For that reason we called Subs again to replace a kitchen mixer tap. He arrived very promptly and again did the job at a very competitive price. We will definitely use him again.

Subs is brilliant! I was in a predicament because I’d spent over £700 to have a boiler fixed in a rented property by a local plumber. I paid the man, only to find out that the boiler still didn’t work. To make matters worse I was just about to go on holiday with my tenants in a cold house and myself out of the country. I called Subs and although he was very busy, he sorted everything. He came to the property and fixed the problems promptly liasing with my tenant, while I was away. I cannot recommend Subs enough. He handled everything and left me to have an enjoyable and stress free holiday. First class!

Subs was recommended to me by a contractor to install an integrated gas hob and oven when I was having a kitchen fitted. He did an absolute superb job given the fact that the job itself became complicated by the old pipes which were causing an obstruction to the installation. Despite this Subs kept to his very reasonable quote. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend him.

Could not find an emergency plumber on a Sunday, luckily I found Subs number. He came out very promptly, putting his own interest to one side to fix a leaky pipe from a ceiling. Very honest, friendly & knowledgeable tradesman. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Treated my parents who are OAP’s with the utter most respect & would highly recommend him to anyone, such a lovely guy& fixed something that many other companies said was unfixable & needed a brand new system. Fall in water pressure on my heating system. Called Subs and he came out the same morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed the fault….that being a broken pushfit tee.
